Dan Weideman has been an attorney for Legal Aid for many years and has represented many and varied cases over the years. Perseverance, determination and staying with a case, for even up to 7 years, has meant so much to his former clients.Dan's never say die attitude is a refreshing ray of hope for those facing some of life's circumstances.While few of his former clients are likely to want to leave any raving reviews, there was often a genuine heartfelt gratitude when the hammer eventually hit the anvil at the end of a gruelling case. His main base of operations has been in Aberdeen, where Graaff Reinet was the 'large town' nearby.Having recently moved to Veldriff, on the West Coast, he continues to service clients in the Eastern Cape, dividing his time for a week or two at a time at the Aberdeen offices.In the West, the nearest 'large town' is Vredenburg.

From the Editor of abbafatherfamily: I enjoy paddling a K1 kayak. Recently, my other son from another mother encouraged me to make my audio messages into videos and post them on YouTube. After all, if even one more person gets to hear the gospel, then that is a good thing. Right. Starting in April 2025, attempts were made at making videos, which have also been shared on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Whatsapp. Here is a list of videos
